Helping Your Business Flourish
We work with your organisation to provide training which differs from the norm. Our team of experts have over 50 years of collective experience in offering D&I training across industries, and are regular speakers at keynote events. Our training is centred around the cognitive elements of bias and inequality, which creates a more engaging and reflective offering, and utilises specific case studies and examples which help bring the subject to life as trainees can relate through everyday application. With a specialist discrimination lawyer amongst our ranks, we also offer training on the legal implications of non-compliance, and the approach taken by the Courts in respect of equality and inclusion.

The programme included training for senior staff to become mentors to coach and support the participants on the programme. The firm was shortlisted for a Law Society Excellence Award and the National Diversity Award and won the Excellence in Diversity at the Signature Awards.
Leadership Programme
Diversity data analysis on staff representation by grade in a University, led to the development of the Leadership programme to support Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic staff and enhance their leadership skills. The University won the award for Advancing Staff Equality in the annual Guardian University Awards in 2017. All the participants reported that the course was either good or excellent and judges noted it could easily be adopted by other universities and has been submitted as a best practice case to the Higher Education Statistics Agency.
