Our flagship Coaching and Mentoring Programme (CMP) has seen us both win and shortlisted for a number of prestigious national awards. The programme is centred around a holistic approach to career development, recognising the importance of relationships and networks to the progression of underrepresented staff, as their access to the same is often more limited. When combined with an understanding of the unique culture of your workplace, and developed in conjunction with the organisation’s own performance management policies and cultural drivers, our CMP has an enviable track record of success in improving equality in organisations and creating a culture of confidence, access and equal opportunity.
Experience
Our experience includes coaching and mentoring ranging from those starting out in their career to senior management and governance levels. Our team has empathy and understanding of diversity and its impact on service provision and at a personal level. This knowledge is integrated into our programmes and enables us to guide and support organisations in their quest to embed equality and diversity.

We want the debate around diversity to be one that is a shared agenda, to drive the change we want to see. By honest and open discussion in safe supportive environments, we facilitate the growth mindset that builds social inclusion and cohesive communities. Success Stories
Our success stories include increasing the number of Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic leaders and women into leadership positions and enabling organisation to diversify their leaders and enabling them to think about their talent management and succession planning strategies.
The training enabled senior leaders to view their organisation and policies through a different lens, enabling them to strengthen policies that enhanced culturally diverse and cohesive organisations.
