Positive Action


The Equality Act 2010 is about making sure people are treated fairly and make the equality laws clearer and stronger. The Act covers people in England, Scotland and Wales and allows the use of positive action to ensure diversity in the workplace. We assist you in the use of positive action to develop targeted recruitment, guidance and training.

Race in the Workplace 


In a globally connected World the need for engaging, understanding and valuing difference will provide opportunities for companies to attract retain and grow their own talent. 

The McGregor-Smith Review into Race in the Workplace found that if Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic talent is fully utilised, the economy could receive a £24bn boost each year.
