Commercial Law
My core commercial work is contractual litigation, including breach of contract, supply and services disputes, and claims under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
I also act in disputes within businesses, for shareholders, directors and partners in conflicts over control, value and exit. In every case my approach is the same, early assessment of merits and a strategy directed at resolution on the strongest terms.

Serious Injury
I represent people whose lives have been altered in an instant, on the road, at work or in public places. My focus is on injuries of the utmost severity, including catastrophic brain and spinal injuries.
I routinely act in claims worth millions of pounds, with rehabilitation engaged early, interim payments pursued from the outset and settlements built around lifelong need.

Medical Negligence
I act in medical negligence claims of the highest severity, with a particular specialism in injuries at birth, stillbirth and neonatal death, and sepsis and other infection cases where a failure to diagnose or treat in time has had devastating consequences.
These are cases where families deserve answers as much as compensation. I combine rigorous expert evidence with a humane approach, securing interim payments early and damages that reflect a lifetime of care.

I act for my commercial clients for all legal matters for business. This includes drafting contracts, leases, policies, trusts and NDAs, regulatory and compliance advice, dispute resolution, shareholder conflict and in defending employment and personal injury matters. I have also dealt with all aspects of commercial tenancy from negotiation, amendment, extension, eviction, 1954 Act and construction disputes.
